<p>Even though you might not ever have heard of it, the Wuling Sunshine is very popular. GM and its partner Wuling sold more than 560,000 of the minivans last year.</p>
<p>And for a minivan, it&#8217;s really mini. It&#8217;s powered by a three-cyclinder engine, and has a top speed of about 80 miles per hour. It does come with a radio, but there&#8217;s no seat belt in the back row.</p>

<p>A study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute found that 80 percent of crashes and 65 percent of near-crashes involve driver distraction.  The survey also revealed that more than 70 percent of drivers eat and 83 percent drink while driving.</p>
