Known as “Australia’s most famous car,” the Efijy evokes the FJs of the early 1950s. Built in 2005 on a stretched C5 Corvette chassis, it has adjustable air suspension that can lower the car to about half an inch off the ground. Which is all the low you’ll ever need.

The aim of the Efijy was to combine the raw might and appeal of glory days hotrods with the technology available today. Proximity sensors open the doors as you approach and there’s a drop-down touchscreen LCD that controls the air suspension, sat-nav, radio, and other functions.

But what’s notable about the list is the songs that are not included. Golden Earring’s Radar Love, for instance, doesn’t make the list; Black Eyed Peas do. Twice.

GM has posted the Top 10 tracks – which does not include The Allman Brothers Band’s Midnight Rider, Robert Palmer’s Bad Case of Loving You (Doctor, Doctor), AC/DC’s Hell’s Bells, Chet Baker’s Travelin’ Light, The Ides of March’s Vehicle, Elvis’ Follow that Dream, or anything at all by ZZ Top – as a mix at Apple’s iTunes Store.

You can see GM’s list at DriveOn.

Whether you’re crusin’ and listening to GM’s suggested list or James Brown’s It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World or Natacha Atlas’ cover of It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World … or Aretha Franklin’s Do Right Woman, Do Right Man, which is, in part, a response to It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World, you earn auto rewards for every mile you drive.

And the rewards earned in this free, personal rewards program can be redeemed at participating automotive dealerships for discounts on goods and services.

Developed in conjunction with GM’s partner in China, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp., the EN-V concept vehicles riff on a recent project that was developed with help from Segway.

Each of the three EN-Vs — Jiao (Pride), Miao (Magic) and Xiao — have different shapes. (That’s Miao up top.)

The different configurations demonstrate the flexibility of the electric drivetrain and are GM’s solution for the crowded urban centers in which we could be living in by 2030.

Go here to read more.

The windshield is coated with transparent phosphors that emit light when excited by a compact laser, which basically turns the entire windshield into a monitor. This makes it possible for the experimental system to alert drivers to objects that may be beyond their immediate field of vision.

Check.

Even though you might not ever have heard of it, the Wuling Sunshine is very popular. GM and its partner Wuling sold more than 560,000 of the minivans last year.

And for a minivan, it’s really mini. It’s powered by a three-cyclinder engine, and has a top speed of about 80 miles per hour. It does come with a radio, but there’s no seat belt in the back row.
