The Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid may be small, but it produces big. The Evora is capable of generating 414 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque — all with electric motors, one for each rear wheel.

The Evora also has a gasoline motor that powers a generator when its lithium-ion battery pack is tapped out. The battery pack is good for 35 miles, then a Lotus-designed monoblock three-cylinder engine kicks in.

Lotus hasn’t said when, or if, the Evora 414E will see production…but it sure is pretty to think it will.
