For 2011 the already refreshed Ford Mustang will receive a much needed update. Included in this package will be the reemergence of the California special and a SVT Performance package. New 19″ wheel options are expected, nothing new from the car with a history of dealer wheel options. Big news being the all aluminum 5.4L V8 for the Shelby Cobra model. The SVT Performance package does come with an impressive set of features including a RR Rear Spoiler, Stripe Delete option, and a 3.73 limited slip axle. New options for the GT package include a set of Brembo Brakes and 6 speed automatic transmission. No word on what the California Special will include until it is revealed at the LA Autoshow. Expect to pre-order your new 2011 Mustang some time mid January.
