17 vehicles earned Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s Top Safety Pick award for 2010. Toyota to Fix Accelerator Pedals on Eight Models

Toyota may have reached a settlement with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to fix or replace the accelerator pedals in eight Toyota and Lexus models.  This is the company’s largest-ever recall.  However, Toyota denies an agreement has been reached.
