The owner of a pristine 1985 Maserati BiTurbo has traded the Italian classic in as a clunker for the Cash for Clunkers program. The car — which is in pristine physical condition and only has 18,480 miles — was traded in at Go Subaru in Golden, Colorado
Wes Guthrie, a salesperson at Go Subaru, said everyone was surprised when the Maserati owner wanted to trade it in a clunker.
“I was like, ‘Wow, that’s a cool car,’” Guthrie said.
