The Porsche Cayman Shooting Brake circulating automotive media sites is an an elaborate prank as a parting gift from former TopGear.com editor Jared Holstein. The plan was carried out by two summer interns using car forums and popular automotive sites to help propagate the lie. The story became quite popular and the model well received without a single word from Porsche denying the existence of the car. Could the popularity of this joke lead to a future product by Porsche, or do they really have something up their sleeve? Only time will tell.
