GM Lets Consumers Purchase Cars Via eBay

General Motors and eBay are launching a test program in California that will allow consumers to negotiate with dealers and buy new vehicles online. The car-shopping Web site gm.ebay.com is aimed at helping GM regain market share a month after it emerged from bankruptcy.
